Incredibly rude, yelled at me on the phone after I called to ask if they could fix my order that they incorrectly delivered (no sauces, missing items) they then raised their voice saying I was wrong and blah blah then handed the phone off to separate people and then hung up on me :( I want a refund and they won’t even answer the phone

The 1 good thing I loved was the fully loaded fries. It took way too long to order at the front, I had to repeat myself 3 times and corrected him alot. We only ordered for 3 people. We sat down and waited way too long. My sweet BBQ wings were small and spicy for some reason? The spice on the fries was too much, my kid couldn't eat them. The drum legs had small hard edges. My kid loves Buffalo wings, but these are so spicy they couldn't eat them all. The hallway to the bathroom is full of stacked empty boxes, and why do they have a bags of potatoes in the dining area?

This was by far one of the worst expieriences I have ever had in the food industry. This location had no ice for my drink. I ordered a 10 piece wing combo and only had 9 in my plate. I also told the guy working there thank you for my food and he ignored me the first time. I said it again and he just gave me a thumbs up and didn’t say a word. I’ve tried calling multiple times to speak to a manager, but when they answered they would hang up immediately and would not say anything. A very uplesant experience. I will not be returning to this location anymore. I am very disappointed in Wing Stop.

My very First time ever eating at wing stop, and i decided to go to this one. I must said this lovely young lady. Ms Chelsea was super nice, and did an amazing job with my order. She’s super sweet. I will be returning just for her. Food was a 10 out of 10.
