This is the absolute worst WS I have ever been to! They are so rude! They blame you for dead cold hard fries and claim they are that way because you were over five minutes late for an online order while the chicken is still hot. Trash liars. This is definitely a franchise and corporate could give a damn about complaints. They need to shut down. Plus this chicken tastes horrible.

I placed an online order for pick up at 10:00am for it to be ready at 12:45. I made it there at 1:00pm and all the workers were sitting around talking. No orders were ready. Was not acknowledged when we walked in until 10 minutes of waiting and had to wait an additional 30 mins for my food. Staff was very rude. I won’t be returning to this wingstop.

Honestly I've eaten from this place like one time and the fries kinda sucked so I never went back. Now my buddy loves this place so i went to get him a gift card today. The guy at the front went to get the manager, and the manager comes out. This guy did not look up from his phone ONE SINGLE TIME. Didn't say hi, just looked at this phone, picked up a gift card, swiped it, then asked how much I wanted on it. I don't understand why people feel compelled to exert as little effort as possible when dealing with FOH guests. Needless to say I will not be eating here in the future.

If the uber eats deal is buy 1 get 1, you never get the free one. They would rather inconvenience the customer to come in after they’ve worked to pick up. Just remove this store from uber eats deals if they won’t be fully fulfilled.

They gave my friend a dirty cup for his drink and had him waiting over an hour for his food wile the workers in the back bullshit around, the manager was very rude and dismissive, NONE of the workers speak English to understand what your saying or what you are trying to say and or order. When I asked about how much longer in my order they tried to say they never receive it when I watched them take the ticket from by the register and hang it up, Then when I received my food it was all hard it’s like none of the workers want to be here at work my wings were not fried right and were very dry and extremely hard. Someone come in and was supposed to have an interview and the manager was supposedly “out of town” which was an inconvenience for the girl who walks everywhere as she stated .
