Nothing is good here. Not even the drinks. The chicken was not seasoned enough, nor did they put enough sauce. The fries are also under seasoned and soggy. I got the sweet tea and that wasn’t even good. It was not sweet and the tea not steeped enough.

Can see kitchen from counter & side door... They had some funky hose hooked up in the boh area where they were draining something from wall to the sink... Scary. Counter girls were leaning all on the counter resting & the other was sitting in the kitchen with a fan blowing on her amongst all the boh staff- probably related (if you visit there- you'll see why I left that comment. No gloves were worn when handling raw food - ugh! The seating area & tables needed to be cleaned. The bathroom was fairly decent but saw no cleaning paraphernalia so how do they disinfect??? 😧 Cleanliness & hygiene is obviously not a strong suit; I did not eat anything.

They never pick up the phone.doesn’t matter what time of the day it is or if they’re busy or not. Like what’s the point in having a number to call and a phone in store just to never pick up the phone. Like they will just stand there and let the phone ring. I’ve seen it with my own two eyes.

Ordered pickup but there was a wait for my food, no big deal. Grabs food, gets home, they forgot my sandwich. I’m still hoping to be able to come back and pick it up but they are not answering the phone at all!!!!! I still do like this location because they always end up giving me extra wings, but how there no one available to pick up the phone???
Edit: at the store to pick up my sandwich and it’s taking a longer wait than the people who came in after me.
2nd edit: apparently they were never working on it and had me sitting here for 30 minutes waiting saying it’ll be ready soon….
It takes about 30 minutes waiting on an order. This is entirely too long.

I call you because you miss my order up whoever did my other for vix's have it wrong I order a Hawaiian wings and a peach tea y'all sent me all three orders sprite drinks one order was right the order 2 was wrong and the man I talked to is rude to a person
