The food was cold. I didn't even get my 6 piece wings and when I called this store, they said they didn't have my order name. Which I know they did since they took my payment. The DoorDash delivery driver even said it was the correct store and he was there and he told them he had picked my order up from them and they still argued with me. Ridiculous how they can't even find the order but can take my money and then send part of it to me.

Pretty good food for the price. There are a lot of different flavors to choose from, and the wings are fried fresh to order. If it gets busy, the wings can get a little soft on the way home, but are otherwise crisp when eaten in store.

If I can give zero stars I would this place has gone down tremendously, the filthy dirty drink machine doesn’t work you can tell that the restaurant is under new ownership but sometimes if it’s not broken please do not fix it. This place never answers the phone because they no longer take phone orders seems like they don’t want to hire anybody who doesn’t look like them it’s just a disgrace. I will also send this to wing stop headquarters because a health inspection is needed.

Service is ok. Parking is horrible. Whenever I have meetings in New Orleans, I grab the wings here because they are always fresh and hot. We lived in NOLA, but moved away, so I’m happy to see that at least this Wing Stop is still the same.
