We came here for dim sum on a Sunday’s morning as it was recommended and kids friendly. It was rather quiet so we found parking quickly. Restaurant looked like it was a house which fit into the decor of the neighborhood. Huge patio outside; we sat inside. We got the soup dumpling, friend pork dumpling roll, spicy dumpling soup, jelly and cucumber salad, sticky rice in lotus leaf, rainbow Mille crepes, Japanese cheesecake and a matcha tea mill crepes. Portion was good and expected of what a dim sum would be. Everything was fresh delicious and tasty. Food came out promptly after we ordered. The kids are picky about their sticky rice and ate all of it. It was the one thing I didn’t try. The cakes were got were delicious and beautifully presentation. Everything came to less than $90 with tips. I would recommend and will come back if/when in the area.
Parking: Did not have issue finding parking. But we came on a Sunday’s morning.

Our second visit to this Dim sum restaurant with a bakery. The cuisine is authentic and we love their various dumplings. We also love their clay pot dishes. The owner is very friendly and the place has nice vibe. we will be back.

Had high hopes for this place but it was just disappointing all around.
The location is great and the ambiance with the huge patio is lovely. The service and food left a lot to be desired, however. To be fair, I think it was just clear that they were out of their league when there were more than a couple tables to take care of. The staff was trying but it was just not a good experience in the end.
I was brought the incorrect order and after ten minutes of waiting with no sign of service I had to go inside and track someone down to get it fixed. When the correct order came out it was pretty much inedible. I took one bite and had to pawn it off to my companions. The other item I ordered was edible but just not good.
Overall, I can forgive the service but the food was just not good and I would not return.

Sooo good! I had the chicken szechuan noodles, and my husband had the Taiwan shacha beef noodle soup. Both had tender flavorful meat. The noodles were handmade and delicious. The sauce and broths were perfect and seasoned so well. I always have trouble finding restaurants I thoroughly enjoy, but this is one of a handful that I can say I left completely happy. Price, quality, quantity were all 10 out of 10. It's evident they put a great deal of effort into making this meal enjoyable.

Delicious and efficient! Had never tried jellyfish before and I did not regret it. We sat outside under a beautiful live oak, and the call button service system lets you chose the amount of interaction you need with staff in a very timely manner :). Cannot wait to go again and again!

Seriously, the worst staff ever. I was there 45 minutes before they close and they acted like I shouldn’t even be able to buy a beer and sit down… This is disgusting.

The food here is fresh and delicious. The space is quaint with that New Orleans kitschy feel and glorious outdoor patio. The service is fantastic. The woman attending me was prompt despite the lunch crowd and also incredibly sweet. 5/5 stars, wonderful restaurant. Don’t miss their dessert case! Delicious cheesecake and japanese pancakes!

Wishing Town Bakery offers a charming and enjoyable dining experience with a focus on simple, comforting dishes. The food, while pretty good overall, has room for a bit more excitement in the flavors. I had the beef ramen and pork dumplings, both of which were well-prepared but could benefit from a more flavorful sauce to give them that extra "umph." The service is quite unique—it's operated through a manual device you click on when you're ready to order, which adds a quirky, self-service feel to the experience. Overall, Wishing Town Bakery is a pleasant spot, though a little more punch in the flavor department would elevate it further.

I ordered through door dash and so glad I did. I ordered the spicy dumpling soup with beef. OMG it was phenomenal!! It’s like all the flavors of the beef, ginger , garlic , spices works wonders in your mouth!! I will certainly try to come in person and try more items.
