Everything was amazing, perfect spice/salt levels. We had soup, salad, short rib, pierogies, & cheesecake. Cocktails were also delicious, highly recommend.

First visit to Zasu, but years ago went to restaurant where Sue was executive chef so we knew the food at Zasu would be excellent. It was!! Loved the small size of the restaurant. We were in a booth so ambient noise was lessened and was easy to talk to each other. Telling our travel agent to include Zasu on her list of NOLA restaurants to recommend to other clients.

Good experience, nice place and good food. A little underwhelming for a Michelin restaurant.

Wonderfully sophisticated meal - every bite was pleasing, complicated, but not confusing to the palate. All of dishes were perfect. Outstanding crudo: the very best I've ever hand. Snapper was amazing and perfectly cooked. Definitely deserves the Michelin star. Sue is an outstanding chef.

My wife and I celebrated her birthday here and it was a great decision. From the ambience to the plating, the entire experience was absolutely magnificent. We cannot wait to return.

Fantastic meal. We got scallops and pork belly as appetizers, and both were delicious. My daughter loved the pierogis, and the flounder special was fabulous. Apple cake with butter pecan ice cream for dessert. Literally the best meal I've had in years.

The service and food are impeccable. I've been twice and have enjoyed everything I've eaten. The scallops are the best I've ever tasted. Highly recommend.

Our seating was outside on the front patio. Julie, our server, was very attentive, superb knowledge of the menu, resulting in a perfect dining experience. We highly recommend Zasu as one of New Orleans best restaurants.

I don’t often write reviews, but I had to take the time and give these guys a 5 star shout out! We had the red fish dish, and scallops and crudo. Best fish I’ve ever had…perfect flavors and presentation. Can’t wait to fly back from Texas to eat here again

The service was extremely disappointing. The server seemed in a rush and came to our table repeatedly (about 10 times during the course) to ask if I was finished, even though I was still eating and there was clearly food left on my plate. It felt disrespectful, and there was no apology or explanation for the urgency, which made us feel unwelcome.
I asked for Wi-Fi password, the refused to share it!
They also mixed up my order with my friend’s and served me the wrong dish. It contained goat cheese, which I don’t eat. I only realized it was the wrong plate after taking a bite, and it immediately upset my stomach.

The food was average and definitely overpriced for what it was. I also got extremely sick that night and the next day. Overall, it was not worth the Michelin star or the hype.

A very different experience to that at Saint Germain. The food was delicious but not pretentious/fussy. The ambiance/vibe/atmosphere was very “New Orleans”. Apps - crab claws 8/10, Scallops 10/10, Sweetbreads 7/10. Mains - Red fish special- 10:10, red snapper 10/10, desserts- pistachio cheesecake special - 10/10, orange panda cotta 6/10
