Stopped here while passing through on vacation. Amanda was amazing. She answered all our questions about the area. We choose this restaurant because the small poor-boys were a perfect size for our kids for lunch. We were really impressed with quality of the food. They had so many poor-boy options, the girls all found one they liked, and the roast beef was phenomenal. The the seafood platter was perfect, and the crawfish balls were one of the best crawfish items I ever ate. We'll be back when we get back to the area. Give them a try. Amazing!

On the way to visit Destrehan Plantation & Houmas House we stopped for lunch here. What a hidden gem this is! It's a friendly country restaurant with well-priced good food. It's the 'real deal" for a southern Louisiana stop.

This is a great spot for some local seafood. It has a comfy old school vibe with authentic and delicious seafood options like po boys. The decor is rustic and cool. The staff were very friendly and service was great. We ordered an 18 inch stuffed shrimp po boy and cheese fries. The po boy is massive, more than enough for two people maybe even three people. They were both very tasty and fresh. The pricing is great, really good value for the food and service. Highly recommend!!
