There was a mixup with my order last week and they mistakenly didn’t put one of my items in the bag. I talked to the store manager and he apologized and was so polite and professional. I picked up my item today with no problem. Thank you for awesome store manager Randall Landrum!!

We had visitors out of town with us. We arrived about 12:30, and there was part of ONE pizza on the buffet. I thought, good deal, we will be having fresh sweep the kitchen. I was mistaken. They put out cheese, pepperoni, and loaded cheese sticks. I ate more dessert pizza, because there was more of it than regular pizza. I understand not wanting to have leftover pizza, but there is also the consideration of returning customers. This is not the only time I have felt like I didn't get my money's worth with the buffet. I don't mind paying for a meal, but I also think you should want to make sure I get my money's worth.

They are never prepared for Sunday crowd. Today was especially bad. Most of the time people are sitting staring for pizza to be put out or standing at buffet waiting on pizza. Then they put 1 out and it's gone with 2 or 3 people. Then you wait again. We don't plan for buffet again.
