I went and got Popeyes at Oakdale store thay didn’t put all food in box plus it was old and dry the worst I ever ate and after I got a meal and after I ate it I had to fix food at home to get full that a shame the people work thare a joke to give people what food like that old old food and one peace has blood in it I got someone esle to take a look and thay ever said yes it’s blood. Do better r close the doors Oakdale Needs better food places not crap like this and thare slow as helll to took 10 mins to get food

I went to this location on yesterday I ordered 3 pice with red beans and rice with fried pickles and found hair in my chicken box called back to tell the manager. I’m a truck driver and would not refund my money back and her customer service was terrible, and I will never go there ever again

as me and my husband walked in we got welcomed immediately and served and we asked for fresh tenders and they had no complaints about it and did what we asked it was definitely the best popeyes we have ever eaten! the new workers they have now are the best!

All I know is service was great however the chicken strip or very very small as I’m standing in there. There was chicken strips just coming up fresh out of the shortening that appear to be very bigger than what I was giving nearly $13 for a box of five piece chicken strips very very small that is unacceptable. However, I was able to return the tenders strips for a full refund. We, chicken, wings, honey barbecue that appear to be very old. If something is old you should not serve it to a costume if you would not eat it don’t serve the customer.
Horrible service. Waited at the drive thru window for 10 minutes. No line. At the window and never got to me. Kept saying they would be right there over and over again. Worker then caught an attitude, so I left with no food odered

Popeyes chicken is always delicious, but the remodeled building is very nice and the workers went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were satisfied! Absolutely 5 stars!
