1. App has not worked in months and staff refuses to honor in app deals or even try to help.
2. Rude staff, like they don't want be there anyway.
3. Simply cannot get an order right, having to repeat menu items and still they screw it up.

I had ordered an ULTIMATE meat and cheese burrito 11/29/2023 at the OAKDALE, LA Sonic drive-in#2647 at 21:13:50 , ticket #501327 , I received a JR sized “ultimate”. With barely any egg, sausage crumble (NOT THE PATTIES LIKE SUPPOSED TO) , 3 tater tots!, and NO BACON. What the hell. Do better. That was not the same burrito I ordered the other day. I would like to speak to a manager.
