This place has went to crap. It is not mixed well anymore. We had big chunks of white rice not even mixed some links were very spicy some were bland. And oh so mushy

Today came to get some boudin. When I got in the car and opened the container it was two small pieces. Very disappointing!
Im from Oklahoma and I come to lousiana every other month, and I always stop at Billy's to get some boudin to bring home! Love it!
Billy's has the best boudin in town. They also have various meat and sausages
More choices then expected. Nice clean store.
Limited selection but they was very busy so had sold out of most everything.
