Not sure what the issue is here but it doesn't seem to matter the time of day, how busy they are or how many workers they have, they will always make you pull forward and wait for your food. Multiple occasions I've waited 15+ minutes for one meal with no one else in line. You can see the workers just sitting around talking and not one of them working until they figure you've been waiting long enough. They tell you they are waiting for fresh fries and still hand you something thats cold and stale.

I was in the drive thru. The car in front of me takes off. The cashier puts her hand up and tells me to stop. To not move forward. I'm wondering what's going on. My niece tells me there's something that triggers a timer or something. Like, someone will know how long you had to wait at the window for your food. I waited a couple minutes and decided to move forward anyways. I asked why I had to wait and not move forward and I was told that they were getting my food ready. No. I pull up and all three of them including the manager were standing in a circle talking. They started moving once they saw me at the window. They're trying to make their boss think they're moving fast but they're not. They're slow. If they can't take working in a restaurant Walmart is right up the street.

Service is terrible because most of the workers have a pissy attitude and can't follow basic elementary directions when taking an order. Burger and fries were cold, dry, and terrible too. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

If I could give no star I would. We went for breakfast a few days ago around 8:45am it was horrible, the food was Greasy we ordered a Bacon egg cheese Croissant the bacon looked uncooked, the egg was dry. French toast sticks tasted like they sat in grease all morning and hard, no syrup given. Sausage egg and cheese sandwich, no egg. The hash browns where so full of grease the bag was soaked, and they where over cooked. The wait was 15 min. I will not go back to this buger king. When you pay for food you expect the food to be prepared correctly and food safety. When my husband Went in to get syrup the only person in the kitchen was on there phone talking. He couldn't find the lady for the front counter, so his wait was 10 min waiting for someone to help him. If I where you I would skip this place. Just an over all horrible experience.

We have eaten here more than once. Always running out of something (ice, sodas, non carbinated drinks, ketchup, tomatoes, etc.). Workers must hate their job because they're always grouchy. Food was not hot..barely warm. People coming back in complaining of food or drinks.

I oderd a wopper with cheese and a double whopper meal with cheese and didn't get cheese on either one of them

If I could give a negative 0 I would. My wife and I ordered the fried pickle burger and the Mexican street corn burger meals. The Mexican street corn burger was extremely dry and meat tasted dirty. No queso at all! The fried pickles burger was drenched in ranch burger was soggy. Onion rings were very old taste like they were re-dropped. Very disappointed
