In town for work and a group of 4 of us stopped in for dinner. Wasn't terribly busy, potentially short staffed. Took an hour to get fried green tomatoes and alligator, another 30 minutes to get our meals. Staff was very friendly and doing their best. I rate places on food, not how long it takes to get me the food and that's why they'll get 5 stars. Everything we had was great. I ordered the Étouffée and it was some of the best I've ever had. Definitely had the most crawfish I've ever seen in the dish.

I split the Opelousas with my partner and had asparagus on the side. Delicioussss. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Could not be more pleased.

The food here is truly Authentic Cajun. Blackened Redfish was great, as was the bread pudding. Definitely going back!

My oysters were massive. The house made chips were hot and seasoned well.

Reagan was the kind of waiter that you hope for. She was attentive without being intrusive.

Myeh. staff super nice. I ordered the Snapper. It was overcooked, chewy. left 90% on my plate. Pass. I told the waitress that it was not good. She said it’s good to know so she can tell the staff. She immediately then brought me my check. What??? I left 90% of the fish and ate a few bites of the veggies and the rice under the fish. No redress? Finally she brought my tab with 50% Managers discount ……. Ok fine. Leaving displeased. This is a bar with a small restaurant are with booths and tables. Go the Little Cup

Gumbo was subpar. Shrimp and eggplant were delicious! Great customer service and wait time for food was not long!
