Just ordered a pizza for delivery to an address 15 minutes away. Received the pizza 3 hours later.

Been getting pizza from this location since they opened the new location and be that at their previous location. If there was ever an issue, they addressed it asap. Staff has always been great so I'll continue giving them my business!
Parking: Once you get alert pizza is in oven it will be done in about 12 minutes. Timing pickup is easy.
Took 20 minutes to get it after it was marked ready and it was burnt! Gluten free is already expensive enough but wasted money again.

Ordered & paid online for large pizza & cheesy bacon tots. Was almost an hour til my food was delivered. I was very disappointed when I opened the boxes! The tots was burnt and crusty all around them and there wasn’t hardly any cheese on them; my pizza was also burnt all around the crust and it lacked much cheese as well! When I called the store I was told that they would send the delivery driver back over to pick up the food to bring it back to the store then they would remake my food & send the driver back over to deliver it again I told them never mind because I didn’t feeel like waiting another 1 1/2 - 2 hours. I had thought they would offer some credit back for another time or something to that effect. I won’t order from this location again!!

Placed order for delivery but decided to pick up instead. Pizza was cold/ lukewarm at best, seemed to have been thrown together and did not taste like it did when previously purchased. Was told pizza had just come out the over which was untrue being that it was not hot at all.

Pizza was stuffed in medium box and was large pizzas hand tossed.looked like thin crust and one whole pizza was missing by they way phones were off the hook so we couldn't not contact anyone
Pizza overcooked I pray for extra cheese extra meat didn't receive either one didn't realize it until I got home but yet I was charged

Vegetarian options: They offer a veggie pizza, no worries!
Dietary restrictions: You can get white sauce or no sauce if need be, they have other items if you are not allowed pizza. They make for a great alternative to high priced restaurants. Give it a try!!
