I’ve tried coming to this place 2 times and each time it is closed. I’m here now it’s 12:00 and the doors are locked! What sense does this make? On the website it says open. Very disappointed!!!

The ice cream was great!! But it was pricey considering it comes very plain. The customer service was horrible. It was our 1st time so I had questions, but the young man (only employee there) was on a call with his mother. He was trying to find out what she was cooking and went on to describe his day at school and how he was told he could go back to his class but the teacher didn't want him in the class so someone else had to be called and apologies were given, well eventually they let him in class. Great for him, but I never got any questions answered about the ice cream and toppings!! He was on the call when we got there and was still on the call when we left!! Smh! Won't be going there again.
Owner and staff are cool for sure but the ice cream was kind of average. Really think that they need to upgrade their offerings with more sophisticated additions, not your typical Halloween type of offerings. Has potential.

Enjoyed the experience l! The owner was very sociable. He has an interesting story behind his business. It was a good price for the amount that we recieved. Love the ambiance of the place. It was cool to watch how the rolls are made. I found the ice cream to be light and just the right amount of sweetness. There are many options to choose from. Strawberry cheesecake with oreos was delightful. We got 4 different flavors and everyone enjoyed their rolled ice cream! We will be here everytime we come to visit. I can't wait to get a hoodie for merchandise, super cute!
