Had to wait for over 20 min for a pizza the staff was rudd and unfriendly and very slow , will not be returning to this establishment and would not recommend it to anyone.

Not a smile in sight and you can just tell, no one wants to be working there. 1 pizza was wrong (guess thats my fault for not checking the receipt to make sure it was entered correctly). However, both pizzas were not that great tasting, very poor appearance (topping just thrown on there and not spread out or mixed) and bread stixs so hard you could break a window with them. SAVE YOUR MONEY & TIME AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Waited 2 hours for pizza only waited b/c I prepaid to insure it was done
It was great when it first opened 6 years ago. But today we went time was 11am, Black double cab truck in the parking lot, lights on inside , one person inside. No one came to the window, my hubby even knocked. My hubby went to the front door pulled on it, it was locked. So we sat there in the parking lot, making our order to pizza hut and We see another car drive up and guess what they got there pizza. Interesting. So we ordered Pizza hut and we are not looking to give business to this place in the future.Customer serivce is everything and if you can't figure out how to operate your business, you will lose customers. There are to many other pizza places. This place will be out of business soon.

Incompetence at the most and cannot understand plain english. Has to repeat order and still cannot get it right. Pizza under cooked while Italian cheese bread over cooked. Facility not very clean while backdoor wide open. Drive thru window open too, as employe dancing outside in back. Pants hanging down, not properly dress for business of any kind.
Had to find something elsewhere to feed family.

I've never gotten a quick accurate order from this location. Some of the people are friendly but this location is really not worth wasting your time
Ordered a veggie pizza. Now a veggie is a vegetable pizza, meaning no meat. Got home and seen they put pepperoni on a veggie pizza. Now I know that you don’t have to be college educated to work at little caesars but you gotta be the dumbest person to put meat on a veggie pizza. So these “people” are either ignorant or incompetent but i guess when you live in Opelousas that’s the type of people you gonna have work at an establishment.

I ordered from little Caesars just a couple of minutes ago and the girl they had at the drive thru need to be trained again. I ask this girl for a box of pepperoni pizza and a order of hot wings but get this she gave us the pizza but not the hot wings. When asked about it she claims they don't have anymore but she never said that in the beginning then proceed to have a little attitude when you failed to tell a customer that comes here everyday y'all was out when I placed the order. On top of that I called and called never answered but I can promise you I won't be back at all this is ridiculous. Y'all need to get it together because that was unacceptable y'all don't waste y'all time or money here. I didn't give a service review because it was terrible.
