Great customer service. The staff was courteous and even went the extra mile making menu recommendations to save me money. The restaurant is very clean with a warm and family atmosphere. I definitely recommend McAllister's for a family outing or quick food trip while on the go.

As much as I love ordering from Mcalister’s, their service sucks. They have a drive up window and no one is ever there. Everytime I drive up to pick up, I am sitting there for over 10 minutes waiting. They will look at you and make you wait.

The front-end worker, likely new, suggested substituting meat on a sandwich since my usual wasn’t on the menu . As I went to pay, another employee stormed out, yelling that substituting meat would cost extra. I asked why, since it’s just swapping one meat for another. She claimed I was loud, which I wasn’t, and said they couldn’t do it. When I asked again, she accused me of having an attitude, threatened to cancel our order, and then did so, telling us to leave. Clearly upset from something else, she followed us outside, harassing us in front of my hungry 12-year-old nephew, who chose the place because we’ve never had issues at home. I felt threatened and embarrassed. The restaurant across the street said they get customers due to similar rudeness. Please address this.
Stopped to eat. Closest at 9pm, all chairs are up. I guess they aren't open till 9pm. Maybe update hours on Google.

I visit this place frequently. Food is fabulous and always fresh. I always use the drive through but had the opportunity to visit inside and the atmosphere was excellent. The store was clean , the employees are very nice and helpful. I got a chance to speak to the manager and she was nice and welcoming. If your looking for good health foods, visit McAlister's, they have a good menu and they well take good care of you. Definitely recommend it.
