The front-end worker, likely new, suggested substituting meat on a sandwich since my usual wasn’t on the menu . As I went to pay, another employee stormed out, yelling that substituting meat would cost extra. I asked why, since it’s just swapping one meat for another. She claimed I was loud, which I wasn’t, and said they couldn’t do it. When I asked again, she accused me of having an attitude, threatened to cancel our order, and then did so, telling us to leave. Clearly upset from something else, she followed us outside, harassing us in front of my hungry 12-year-old nephew, who chose the place because we’ve never had issues at home. I felt threatened and embarrassed. The restaurant across the street said they get customers due to similar rudeness. Please address this.

I visit this place frequently. Food is fabulous and always fresh. I always use the drive through but had the opportunity to visit inside and the atmosphere was excellent. The store was clean , the employees are very nice and helpful. I got a chance to speak to the manager and she was nice and welcoming. If your looking for good health foods, visit McAlister's, they have a good menu and they well take good care of you. Definitely recommend it.

It's really fresh ingredients that's what makes it good but prices for sandwiches and salads shouldn't be so high priced I spent 20$ on just a chicken salad and drink

first of all, you have to order thru a robot on the phone then get charged a 3% service fee just for ordering. i went inside to pick up 2 sandwiches & sides, & a nacho basket. i get to the truck & there is only one sandwich in my bag. i go back inside to get the one they didn’t pack up, which was my husbands sweet & savory chicken sandwich. he took a bite before we even pulled out of the parking lot & the chicken is cold. there is partially spread yellow-ish sauce that looks like they tried to put honey mustard on the bun, then realized it doesn’t go on that sandwich, instead of starting over with a fresh bun. my sandwich was cold when it is supposed to be hot. also got a sweet tea when i came back in to get the sandwich that was left out & i got charged for it- which whatever at that point. TERRIBLE food, waste of money, disappointed.

Our first visit to a McAllister. Our waiter, Jacob, was very helpful and made instant believers of my wife and me. We will be back! Wow!
This was our 1st time eating here. We ordered delivery. The food was good. The wife ordered a potatoes. The toppings were a bit scarce and they forgot her Au Jus. Definitely order again though.

Employees have been great, facility is clean: but two to go orders in a row- wrong sandwich. Second time i checked the box and saw the same bread from the sandwich i ordered and assumed it was correct. Nope.

Better open a pancake shop, like in Russia. Pancake house of different genres. Few people make themselves happy like this, but many will try if they open such a business!

Our favorite sandwiches here are the BLT-A & Spicy Turkey Melt, always good. Of course their tea hits the spot. We get good service every time we come. Better than having a hamburger.
