I recently visited Peking Buffet with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfactory. First and foremost, the service was lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and unresponsive, making us feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. To make matters worse, we were charged an inflated price for my child's meal, which was supposed to be at the regular children's rate. This was not only surprising but also frustrating, as we expected a fair pricing policy for families.
When we went to pay, the staff member even asked for a tip. Given the already excessive bill, we declined, and the way she handled the payment was unprofessional-she tossed the payment card back to us with a visibly poor attitude.
Given the poor service and the billing issue, I cannot recommend Peking Buffet]. There are many other places that offer better service and fair prices. I hope they can improve in the future.

Food not kept at proper temperature, all food is on the cool side. The bathrooms are discussing and dirty! The price point for what you get is really bad 👎 😕 Also be the first to treat your senior customers with respect, give a senior discount, don't be stingy!

Prior to Covid food was excellent. Pizza was great. Crawfish was great. Now the crawfish is too salty. The pizza isn’t the same. The rolls are hard most of the time.

So my boyfriend called one of the waitresses multiple times and ask for a refill of just water and she looked at him and ignored him. He called her the second time and she still never answered. So it took me to say something for her to get his refill mind you she caught an attitude with that! Poor service! Do better as waitress I was once a waitress and I know how hard it can get but for the simple fact u ignored him instead of saying something back!

Waitress was very rude and attempted to rush us into finishing and leaving. It’s an all you can eat buffet, I am going to eat all that I can. Upon paying the waitress became very rude and even more so when she discovered she would not be getting a tip. Never refilled water and even charged for a glass of water. When I go back I will demand a different area to sit because that woman will not be my waitress ever again.
