On my lunch break and decided to get some wings and I walked in and there was a lady sitting down and a DoorDash employee waiting to pick up and order. And then there is me and another person walked in. Now it’s 4 of us and not one person said I’ll be with you shortly. There was I’m guessing the store manager Im guessing doing an interview and once he finished then he came and asked how can I help you! Like this business has went down to the ground. I used to love this location in Opelousas on Creswell lane but I don’t think I will be back! The sodas on the counter that’s on the display to get a free side if you show your 5 star review are all opened and half full! Just looks nasty!

Ordered a 3 topping large pizza from the Crestwell location in Opelousas, La, the pizza was dry, not hot and mushrooms were burnt.I called to speak with a mgr and was placed on hold for 8 minutes so I hung up to call back to be placed on hold another 10 minutes. When the young lady came back to the phone to ask if I want to place an order I told her no I’m holding to speak with a manager and she said ohhh he’s on the phone with the other mgr to call back in 20 minutes. I told her really, I’ll just report this order to corp and she said ok have a blessed day and hung up. This is not the type of service one expects from PIZZA HUT and makes the name bad for others..

I visited the cresswell location on 10/9/25. Horrible service, I was using my cane, its was a difficult day for walking for me. The were 3 young employee at the front of the restaurant, no customers and I struggled to get though the door. They just stood there looking at me. No One even tried to help open the door. Fine,,,,, after paying for my order, I needed to pick up the pizza and walk out, cane in one hand pizza in the other. Easy for most ppl but a real task for me. Eventually I got it, getting though the door was another issue. Theses 3 employee still standing there looking at me struggling with cane, pizza and door did NOTHING. No one said thank for you business, they didn't even say hello when I walked in. A family who coming in as I was trying to get out open and held the door out for me to walk out. One of they even opened my car door for me. The employees never gave me a second thought,,,,, I don't think they gave me a first thought🤦🏾♀️ Where's the respect and humanity in your employees. Customer service has really gone down. 👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾 and the pizza use to be much better. This use to be the only Pizza Hut I would eat at,,,,,, but guess I'll eat somewhere else. Do better Pizza Hut!!!!

Guess it's too difficult to put sauce on wings. Asked for peperoni and bell pepper on my pizza, got 1 single peperoni in the middle. Glad I didn't tip
I placed an order 5:44, was delivered at 6:23. Was missing pasta I had ordered. Waited half hour, after delivery driver said he would go get it. Attempted to call the store 7 times, getting call center and transfer, no answer at store. Waited 15 more minutes, and went to the store.
After getting my pasta started I attempted to call the store again and found the phone doesn’t have an audible ring. Cashier told me they only have the one phone.
Delivery driver got back, saying there were six phones, and there was ringing somewhere in the store. I could not hear, cupped my ear still no ringing.
Delivery driver proceeded to call me deaf, and threaten to kick my ass.

So Me, My husband, and our infant baby was going to dine in. Once we walked in we went to sit at a table(there was no customers in there) they said due to being under staffed they will not allow us to dine in. So they had no customers and refused us service. There was no sign or anything indicating that folks can't dine in. We also said we didn't mind waiting extra due to them being "understaffed". We were in no hurry. I am very aggravated with this place, there is always an issue with something!!! I'm very disappointed on how they treat folks. How hard is it to get our order and bring us our food, ESPECIALLY when there is no customers! I'm not asking you to stand there and watch us eat. I have worked in fast food, come on now, DO BETTER!!!!

We asked to get two items removed because they were unappetizing and dry. $7 a piece. Our ticket price $77 new price $70. The manager argued with me about how I didn't agree with the price. It should be $14 less regardless. Crooks and very unprofessional.
The service provided was subpar. The employees disregarded me and failed to take my order. Additionally, when my delivery arrived, a portion of the food had been consumed, and the chicken was excessively dry. Never ordering from here again would give it a 0 out of 5 if I could
