From the moment we walked through the door we were treated with such kindness and respect. It was wonderful. The girl taking our order even told us we were getting a discount because we were seniors. They brought our food to the table. They checked on us at least five more times. They made us feel so welcome. The training at this restaurant is amazing and the staff is outstanding.

The chicken tenders were large, plump and juicy. The fries were crispy and stayed hot.

This is the way every restaurant should be ran. To find a fast food restaurant ran this way was quite an exception.

I think I'll check out some more Raising Canes as I travel back to Florida.

First let me say that I love Raising Cane's, but NOT this location. The food was undercooked, even the CHICKEN! Plus, I always go to the ones in Lafayette and they happily fix me a gallon of half sweet/ half unsweat tea. NOT THIS PLACE! Unlike the other Cane's employees in Baton Rouge, Lafayette, etc., the Opelousas restaurant is nasty and rude. I will neve go back to that one again. What a shame! One store may be the only sample someone gets of the great R.C.C.F.; let's hope that they don't try this one.
