A little rough around the edges, but putting out some excellent boudin. I personally really enjoyed this boudin; it had some really good spice and a nice kick. My wife thought it was a little lacking since it was mostly a rice filling (I.e. very little meat if any inside)
Everyone was friendly and food was fresh
Best home cooking if you ever want something good to eat and they have the best Boudin Balls in town

Super nice people. Boudin is better than Billy's. Plate lunches are like eating at my grandmother's!!! Can't beat it.

Man!!! When you get out of church on Sunday and don't feel like cooking, THIBS has a bbq pork steak dinner that is AWESOME! My wife and son loves those plate lunches too! Best boudin in the area beating out Ray's and Billy's in my opinion!
