This Wendy's was as good as any. Though my chili this time had nothing but beans in it. A Little disappointed about that. But they all have their good and bad days.

Basic fast food. I did not go inside because I did not like the looks of it. The drive up speaker is almost useless but my sandwich was good. The ghost pepper sauce was surprising and a little bit spicy than I would expect from fast food.

The drive thru window got my order wrong. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, and they gave me a regular non-spicy chicken sandwich. The staff need to communicate with each other better or have a sticker system. Or even a marker system so huge mistakes like that won't happen.
My breakfast baconator had bacon crumbles on it this morning. I have gotten this several times and it had BACON on it. Not just crumbles.

Horrible service, order totally inaccurate, making everyone pull up to wait, leaving or prepared for sitting on the counter instead of bringing it out until we had to go inside and it was just sitting there forgotten, gave our kids hot spicy nuggets when we ordered regular, got our burgers wrong.Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly. Gave frosty out dripping with ice cream and messy, gave kids spicy nuggets when we ordered regular, took forever

Doubt illl be paying for food at this location anytime soon. Ordered a 4 piece kids meal for my nephew who just got home from school only to receive 2 nuggets and 2 individual french fries in a carton among other items missing. Currently waiting on a refund since someone's mobile order somehow got credited to my card. I understand that you get what you pay for in the fast food industry but this is just downright sad
