Horrible horrible service we ordered pies since Friday to pick up Tuesday drove all the way from Kaplan to find that they were closed no call or nothing the next day received a call I told her I would be picking up at 3 she assured me it would be ready I arrive at 3 and still not ready waited over an hour horrible customer service didn't even care since I had prepaid online

Ordered online for Christmas and an employee confirmed my order through Facebook messenger advised me to put instructions in the box about 12/21 pickup and I had nothing but problems after driving from lake Charles! Will not return, too far to drive for BS.

DONOT PLAN TO GO HERE , THEY ARE ALWAYS CLOSED RANDOMLY WITH NO UPDATES. BARELY ANSWER THE PHONE TO PLACE ORDERS , ALWAYS OUT OF SOMETHING. YOUR GOING 20 MINUTES IN LINE FOR A 7$ PIE !! they are good but service , & customer service
