These amazing ppl. No matter the time of day, how busy they are, how hectic my children are lol…Pizza Hut in Pearl river has my back. I know it sounds weird. But. I have 3 kids and a full time job. I’m ordering from here AT LEAST once a week. They know the kids, so I can send the kids out to interact w em. Okay..a week ago..I was on the phone with a male employee who said he was the manager..he actually hung up on me ( the manager is actually a female ).. reported it to her and she knew who it was..I couldn't believe my eyes when I went back a week later to pick up my order.. he's still working there.. it's very fusterating sometimes and I get that..but not that..( OVER ALL )..I was satisfied with my order..but they really need to a get more professional staff..
