Back Woods Catering came through with good quality, delicious chicken dressing, although it had more/different seasoning than our family recipe. Two fam members raved about it; two missed family recipe; two good with either. All the family agreed the giblet gravy seemed like a spicy Cajun sauce (thin/brothy&clear; seafood undertones). Most of us missed having a thick, mild-flavored type giblet gravy like we’re accustomed to.

They catered my parents 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. I have also been to several events that they have catered and they have all been top notch! I would highly recommend them!

We got so many, many compliments on the food and service provided by Back Woods Catering for my daughter's wedding. They went above and beyond our expectations in every way and I would highly recommend this company for any of your catering needs. (I recommend the jambalaya. It was amazing!)
