Great experience! Even though we had a last minute event with short notice, Robbie was glad to help out. Food was delivered on time, and was delicious. I would rate 10 stars if possible.
Back Woods Catering came through with good quality, delicious chicken dressing, although it had more/different seasoning than our family recipe. Two fam members raved about it; two missed family recipe; two good with either. All the family agreed the giblet gravy seemed like a spicy Cajun sauce (thin/brothy&clear; seafood undertones). Most of us missed having a thick, mild-flavored type giblet gravy like we’re accustomed to.

They catered my parents 50th anniversary. The food and service was excellent. I have also been to several events that they have catered and they have all been top notch! I would highly recommend them!
