We've had the shrimp and Tasso stuffed chickens from Guillory's in the past and they are delicious. Tonight we tried the shrimp and Tasso stuffed pork chop and the jalapeño pepper Jack cheese stuffed pork chop and both are amazing! The jalapeño pepper Jack chop has a great kick and the shrimp & Tasso chop is savory and delicious.
We cooked this pork tenderloin tonight that we bought at Guillory's recently which was stuffed with jalapeños and pepper jack cheese. My husband put it on the smoker for about 45 - 50 min (not sure what temp). When we brought it inside, the bacon wasn't as crispy as we like, so we threw it in the oven on broil for about 5 min and it was perfect. Consideration of our needs, attentiveness, can do attitude, customer service was 1st class, he has a Scottish name Robbie who helped us (excellent as my husband is from Scotland), so much to choose from in store, ask about anything no there and if he can make it happen he will, and a fabulous location and business. Definitely a 5 star rating business in my own personal opinion.
