The Worst Chicken place ever. I don't know who they are paying to write some of the reviews I've read. I live within two miles of the Tioga store. I used to eat there when it was Light House Chicken, and it was pretty good. But since it became Darrell's, I've eaten there three times and each time I said I would never go back. Stopped in on our way back to Texas. Hands down the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced!!! Charlene is a KEEPER, don’t ever lose her as an employee!! I will definitely stop again and it’s all because of her!!!
Just left the McAuthor drive location went through drive thru made order ask how long wait since it was long line they said “10min” ok we finally get to window 15 minutes later and they ask for money we ask “was it ready before we payed” she said Yes. We paid and she comes back about 3 minutes later and ask us to pull up it would be another 12 minutes!!!! Told her to just cancel and refund our money.
