The customer service is great and the cake tastes great, but it is so thin that I could not get a candle to stand up in the cake.

This was an overall great experience. It was a nice clean family environment. My cookies were moist and tasty and my ice cream didn’t make it to the car. I did have to ask them to I put my info for my reward but once I did I was able to find out above promo stuff whichever rook almost half off my order total

I bought my sons birthday cake and they exceeded my expectations! The cake turned out wonderful and was a big hit at the party! I just went to order his cake for this year and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I can’t wait to see what they do this time.

Aaron is so awesome, friendly and professional ? the store is always so clean and everyone is so nice and welcoming.
Expensive.
The staff was very rude, and the cake it self was messy. Like they smeared icing where there is not even supposed to be any icing.
Normally I would put a 5 star but let me tell you about why I had to lower it. The "banana split" wasn't really a banana split when they don't have pineapple to put on it. The flavor you crave in a banana split was just missing. Now I'm going to have to find another place to go.
