I used to love Mikados and I understand the due to current staffing issues service is slow. But my husband and I attempted to dine there today and had been at a table for 20 minutes without any acknowledgement from either server. No greetings, no we will be with you in a minute, no drinks. We finally gave up and left due to constantly fussing from the female server on duty about how she doesn’t have time to clean up a spill because she had a private table. Hands down,some of the freshest sushi I have ever had. So so good. Habatchi was very good too.
Called in an order for hibachi. Asked what types of hibachi they offered since I did t have a menu. And everything online is 3 years old or older. She responded with meat and all other kinds. So I asked for shrimp and scallops with only fried rice.
It was a to go order to be picked up. The shrimp were over cooked, scallops were grainy with full of sand. The rice was old and hard. Only thing was good was the noodles that were hot and I didn’t order those.
