I don't really care for McDonald's, I don't ever know what to order. But I really enjoy the mocha frappe's, I stopped after a long day and ordered 2 mocha frappes and the guy made caramel instead, when he started to hand the other to me I told him that I ordered caramel and he threw both in the trash and remade them instantly. He was really professional about it and corrected the problem with a smile.

They really don’t want to take your order but they definitely take your money. Waited for my cup whole my order took about 20 mins. Never got the cup until I had to stop one of the workers and ask for one. If it’s part of the meal then why should a customer ask for one. Then she rolled her eyes at me. Unprofessional. Do better.
