They never ever answer their phone. You cannot place a pick up if they don’t. Their toaster has been down for over a month. The last time THIER card machine went down it wasn’t fixed for at least two month. They never seem to have enough help. The girls try but all the other stuff makes me now elsewhere.
Brutal honesty time. So when you go to a franchise, you expect consistency in both the quality of food and the efficiency of staff. Usually, franchises are taught their gold standard by corporate professionals, but maybe this one was overlooked. I love the renovations, the place looks very modern. They both have a tremendous, positive energy; that's plainly obvious...and very much influences the 'finished product'.They are FAST, efficient, and the sandwich artist in particular; made the best sub I've ever eaten... This really was a great experience. There's just something about the atmosphere, that they create; that makes you notice...It was a good idea to go to that location...
