One star taken because I waited over an hour for my pizza and it arrived cold to the touch. I called and reported that my pizza was cold. Papa John's sent out another pizza that arrived quickly and hot.

Door was locked at lunch. Employee opened the door and was sitting at one of the tables having lunch with a friend. She then wanted to know how many pizzas i was going to order because if it was a big order, they were closed. I left without ordering because i did not want to interrupt her on her job with making a pizza.

Dave is the Manager?? What can I say but Thank the Lordfor him and small miracles!! I was tasked with getting 42 extra topping pizzas in 3 days by 10:00 Amon a Saturday!! They open at 10 and I wanted 42 pizzas by 10 lol.. I was surprised when I got there that David was doing all 42 by himself! He was vey interested in the ministry of RDWATTS3000 and Reginald Watts’ amazing story!! If you ever and I mean ever need pizzas on a short notice?? Forget about Shaq and call David 15 on a scale if 1-10

Pizza was great, but there was only 1 employee at 8:30 pm. That 1 employee was incredibly rude when I asked a rough estimate on how long till my order would be ready. I only wanted to see if I had time to run to the store to grab drinks while I waited. After waiting 1 hour rather than the quoted time of 15 min, i finally got my food, with a ‘oh yours has been ready for a little while now, I thought I called your name… do better Papa John’s, do better!
The best pizza we have EVER had!!! We were so impressed!!! Very first time we ever tried Papa Johns. We gave the service 5 stars eventhough it took awhile longer, but, it was worth the wait! I know they were so busy, Friday night, and there were only three ladies working, so people should take that into consideration before getting all out of control and yelling at these hard working ladies. Plus, it was sooo worth the wait. Thank you. We WILL be back!!

Worst freaking service of any pizza joint I’ve ever been to. Gave them multiple attempts to to redeem themselves. Ordered delivery..2.5 hrs later still not here.. order for pick up.. get there at scheduled time.. still have to wait 30 mins.. no compensation for being horrible.. just continued apologies and no improvements. I’m done with them.

should be negative stars. i ordered online delivery from the app. they didnt cut my pizza, didnt give me the season packets i ordered and instead filled almost a quarter of the box up with their peppers, all the toppings were slid to one side.thats honestly barely what im upset about anymore. the way i was treated by these people over the phone was absolutely ridiculous.they immediately called me a liar and tried to make me feel crazy for even thinking there might be something wrong with the very poorly made pizza sitting right in front of me.they suggested i take the pizza back up to the store and THEN they'll fix the issue. i do not have a vehicle, which is why i ordered delivery.i was brought to tears by the experience only to be told i "dont need to cry over a pizza," as if i wasnt crying because i was just straight up getting bullied by these people.after getting hung up on, yelled at, and enduring this treatment from two or three of their employees, they eventually settled on refunding my money.i couldnt even ask for a guarantee that i'll get my money back without being interrupted and yelled over.
