went on 2/5/26 ordered footling meal w tots double cheese w tots and cheddar pepper wait 20 mins they were out footling and instead of making fresh gave 2 regular in footling bun 1 tot ice cold 1 piping hot burger had at least 7 pickles and 2 handfuls of onions I ask for extra of neither call next day spoke mgr she out my name down said would replace tots and footling go back a couple days later young mgr comes tells me yes that's messed up but we don't have your receipt anymore...read full review
8 am on a workday they have stalls blocked and all other stalls are occupied. Did mobile drink pickup and would not allow me to grab my drink that i had already paid for in drive thru. Very unprofessional. Customer service is normally great but this morning I was very disappointed with how put off they were that a stall was not available and I used the empty drive thru. Glad i just donated 1.09 to sonic.
The afternoon crew is very slow. In the last few months the service has steadily declined. I’m not sure if it’s a management change or lack of supervision. It should not take 30 mins in the drive through for 2 drinks.
