Have gone there several times. Food taste good. I get the spinach and mushrooms with chicken quesadillas. I don’t care fire their drinks. Unfortunately the service is not good. Our waitress ( same one every time) doesn’t understand English very well st all. She gets orders mixed up and is slow. We enjoy the entertainment. We have a group of at least 16, one person tried to reserve a table but they never seem to get it right. I think we’ll be trying some other place.

Ever since they closed the Donaldsonville location and brought the employees to Plaquemine, this place has gone down hill. Cabo’s use to be our date night place and we would come 2-3 times a week. Now we hardly come because the food is worse, this new manager chick has gots to go and bring Laura back and let these people work without the micromanagement. This use to be a hometown restaurant but it is losing that feel really fast. Zoe, Cathy, Conner, Brianna, and Hector are who keep me coming the little I do.

Nice place in the downtown area. But the food sucked and was under seasoned.

It was ok. The portions were definitely not worth the money that I paid but it was made up with how great the food actually tasted. I took my wife and son there during a particularly slow time so I expected our waitress to be a bit quicker than she actually was but all in all there's not really much to complain about. I'll eat here again eventually

Great location, but that’s where it ends. The service was poor for a time when they were not busy at all. Our server seemed too distracted to meet our needs, and she failed to give proper change from the cash paid to her.The beans have way too much pepper in them, and no “Mexican” spices at all. Just black pepper, not tasty. The fish was over cooked and rubbery. The ground beef used for the beef burrito had, once again, no “Mexican” seasoning and way too much salt and black pepper. At least they could use cayenne to disguise as Mexican food. Also extremely over priced for the location and quality, drinks not even included with kids meal.
