Oh, let me tell y’all about Carville Deli in Plaquemine, LA—because when I say it’s giving, I mean it’s GIVING!!! Called them up after 10 am, and they were like, “Lunch is served, baby!” And you know I had to pull up.

Ordered the catfish plate, which, by the way, is basically a love letter to my taste buds. Mac and cheese comes standard—like, “don’t worry, we got you” vibes—and you get to pick two more sides. I went with potato salad and green beans...read full review
