Price for processing deer into sausage is really expensive here. One deer to be processed and we spend over 400 dollars. Definitely won't be coming back
I stopped in to get some sausage that I have not bought in a while. The service was nice. However, my biggest complaint with these greedy owners is that they charge you 4% to use your own money. As a business owner, these debit card companies keep telling the owners how they can charge the customers, not realizing that this will be the last time I ever step foot in this location. I really hope that $2.37 was worth a lost customer.
This business needs more locations. The food here is excellent. There's also a great variety of things to take home and cook. The only downside is that I have to drive 2 hours to get here. It's always worth the trip! I don't know if anyone else who makes chicken cracklins. Those things are addictive.

It is not as good as it used to be. The parking lot sucks.
Their jalapeño boudin is hands down my favorite boudin. It's better than any boudin that you'll get in Lafayette, and that's not meant to be disparaging to the big guys in Lafayette. They make phenomenal boudin, Riverside is just better in my opinion.
The beef and shrimp is the best there is in Louisiana

Good variety of items to take home and cook or just freeze for later. The cooked to order things are really good as well. Prices can be a little bit up there, but what isn't expensive these days. I like the chicken cracklins and the pork skins they have at times. I also like that they will cut steaks how you want them as well.

Ordered catering for work lunch, food was great and staff was helpful and friendly.
Boudin are amazing as well as other foods. But I have encountered on several occasions pure rudeness from the young people that work behind the counter. They are very short and switch people when u ask them to many questions that's terrible customer service. And I do space out my visit but that don't seem to matter the attitudes at the window are getting worst. So I'm sure sadly this will be my last attempt giving this establishment a try. Waited 25 mins for food that was quoted 15mins. Asked to speak to a manager when I called from outside was told no manager was on property but upon entering the buliding for a refund I was told let me go find a manager. So I was lied to repeatedly which is totally absurd. This place is a total joke. Then a employee walks out to collect my phone number for a refund I'm so confused.

Went from some of the best cracklins and boudin I ever had to some of the worst I have had. Can't eat the skin on the cracklins. To hard. The boudin is greasy and mush.
