I love this place. Great food, decent prices. Best seafood place on the north shore. Ponchatoula can’t touch this.

Hands down….. best fried oysters every single time !
Never over cooked, never under cooked. And the fish are soo good.
They burgers are big.
Really, all her food is good. Bring cash if you don’t want to use an atm but they do have one.

We were welcomed by a very sweet lady, food came out quick, HOT and delicious. I had the shrimp platter and my husband had shrimp and oysters. 10/10 recommend!!!

Don’t pass this little hole in the wall up don’t let it fool ya! The food is delicious and the food is fresh and hot. The service was awesome. We got the fried shrimp plate which was butterflied shrimp. They were huge like really big. The shrimp plate cost $14.99. It comes with lots of shrimp, coleslaw, french fries and toast. We also got a fried catfish plate cost $14.99. It also come with lots of fried catfish french fries, coleslaw and toast. The food was seasoned perfectly. The food was fresh, service was awesome. She always kept coming back asking if we needed anything. The only thing I wish would be that they had fountain drinks but hey that’s OK. I’m happy with good food good service I can settle for a can Coke. The roast poboy is delicious too. I’ve had them so if you’re out and wanna try something different,enjoy the scenery take a drive and give them a try they’re really good..

Seafood was delicious, Hamburger is great, lots of local flavor.
On the way back home from Grand Aisle my husband had me look up places to have lunch. I searched restaurants on Google Maps on our way back. I saw a few, but the names didn't sound too interesting & their photos, rating and views didn't either. Then I came across this place. I was intrigued by the name Fatboy's Seafood Kitchen. Then I looked at the photos & they looked delicious we were looking for a burger ?. The place looked like a little hole in the wall & those are the best places, honestly. For an appetizer we ordered mozzarella sticks that are served with home made salsa - delicious ??. My husband ordered the Fatboy Burger - he ate almost the whole thing then ordered a to go box. I ordered the Swamp Burger + pepper jack cheese, Ooowee talk about a good burger. The meat is a thick patty & the toppings make it stack so high. I love the bread it comes on. I had to use a fork & knife to eat it, but so worth it. The owner is so nice! We also had 3 sodas. We spent around $45 then I left a mediumish-largish tip. Would definitely come back. 100/10 recommend.
