I can 100% attest this is the absolute WORST McDonald's or corporate fast food spot in the Tri-Parish. They leave something out of EVERY order. No exaggeration. My wife and I noticed how frequently we were going back in for something, so we decided to track it. 10 out of the next 10 visits resulted in us parking, going in, and getting what we paid for. At this point, we avoid it at all costs. At some point, it's not negligence. It's theft under the guise of negligence. After speaking to our friends and hearing their experiences elude to the same experiences, I couldn't resist when Google requested a review. The manager should be fired point blank. They've neglected to ensure their customers received food on a massive scale. If they'd done it to McDonald's, they'd be in jail.

Dirty tables, EVERY order was wrong including the families we were waiting with, someone quit while we were waiting for our food, we even asked someone to clean some tables we waited 15 minutes and eventually cleaned them ourselves. Terrible image for the company.

I was certainly blown away by my experience, and not in a good way. After reading Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews, I must say that I agree. This was the worse experience I have ever had. We ordered at the kiosk and waited 15 minutes before we even saw anyone behind the counter. What we did see is several young employees in and out the kitchen. One young lady came in to find out she and another girl were both suspended (info I didn't need to know). Zero greetings, zero professionalism. I was honestly sad to see these young people in that manner. Whomever the manager on duty was, needs a good talking to. Please visit and see for yourself!

The sun had just risen over Ponchatoula, the Iowan invaders took the McDonalds by surprise and launched a massive assault on the small and outnumbered force of McDonalds workers. The woman in the red shirt, Colonel Yolanda, commanded her workers who were taken by surprise. “John! Cmon John!” She shouted with a commanding tone. John and his other comrade, in the middle of their breakfast, heroically rushed to the aid of their Colonel.As the siege continued by the Davenport North Music Department, Colonel Yolanda and her workers fought gallantly to get all of the food into the hands of the customers. One customer, Sayleeb Hytrecker, waited in line for his smoothie. In a moment of true heroics and bravery, Red Shirt Lady rushed that smoothie out.Colonel Yolanda moved her workers like a sweet symphony of tactics the likes of Napoleon Bonaparte. The barrage of orders never ceased, but the workers held the line. John, Yolanda, and some other dudes faced astronomical odds of survival. Their blood, sweat, and tears went into crafting the most impressive defense of a foreign invader that McDonalds has ever seen.Those Iowa Yankees never stopped; but against all odds, the McDonalds still stood.Long live Yolanda (Red Shirt Lady), long live John, and LONG LIVE MCDONALDS.

Employees are rude. They give you hot drinks with absolutely NO ice. When you ask for ice they bring a small cup with very little ice. Their burgers most of the time are raw in the middle. The overall experience and customer service is disgusting.
Waited 20 minutes for a frappe. Never got it. Left. Another guys waited over 30 minutes for his order while I was in Line. Horrible service. All they cared about was getting drive thru orders out. Went outside to avoid the line. Big mistake.

Went today for the first time with my grandson and we will not return . No one waited ion us at all . Several times from the back they saw me standing there never said a word . Finally I said hey is there someone who can help me . Here comes with what I guess is there manager some young guy who took my order very fast I didn’t even have time to respond or ask a question to make sure my meal was right and just told to pay . He was very rude . My grandsons food his fries were pretty much black .
