I can 100% attest this is the absolute WORST McDonald's or corporate fast food spot in the Tri-Parish. They leave something out of EVERY order. No exaggeration. My wife and I noticed how frequently we were going back in for something, so we decided to track it. 10 out of the next 10 visits resulted in us parking, going in, and getting what we paid for. Dirty tables, EVERY order was wrong including the families we were waiting with, someone quit while we were waiting for our food, we even asked someone to clean some tables we waited 15 minutes and eventually cleaned them ourselves. Terrible image for the company.

I was certainly blown away by my experience, and not in a good way. After reading Yelp and Trip Advisor reviews, I must say that I agree. This was the worse experience I have ever had. We ordered at the kiosk and waited 15 minutes before we even saw anyone behind the counter. What we did see is several young employees in and out the kitchen. One young lady came in to find out she and another girl were both suspended (info I didn't need to know). Zero greetings, zero professionalism....read full review
