“I absolutely LOVE PJ’s and being a Ponchy resident I was thrilled when I found out they were opening this location. I frequent the Ponchy location A LOT. With that being said, they always burn my bacon egg and cheese biscuit so now whenever I want coffee AND breakfast I tend to drive over to the Hammond PJ’s or Starbucks. This has happened at least 4 or 5 times most recently this morning. I still think this location is A+ for service and coffee quality. I’ve had the delicious beignets and the bagels with no issue but for some reason they always burn the biscuit lol.“

“The cocoa bean made my graduation cake EXACTLY like I asked. I did not want traditional SLU colors because lets face it, they are not girly. I asked for light yellow and light green. They did an amazing job! The cake was the best red velvet cake I have ever had. It was super moist which I have struggled finding with other bakeries. Everyone mentioned how good the cake was. We ate on the cake for days and it never once tasted stale. They also made my cake SO big, which was awesome and a party favorite. They also made me the cutest "She said Yes" cake! Can't wait to order my birthday cake from them soon!?“

“I wanted a quick boba tea on the way from work, Tea Time Cafe popped up in my Maps as the closet boba shop in Hammond. So I took a chance on trying this location, and I'm happy to say I was not disappointed! I had the Brown Sugar Boba milk tea with coffee jellies instead of the tapioca and it was perfect! ???Sweetness level at "Regular" is pretty sweet, just how I like it. I didn't get a chance to try the crepes or food, but I'll definitely will be back!“

The coffee was strong, not burnt like Starbucks but didn’t feel like the impending heart attack of Pete’s. Friendly dude at the counter, didn’t call me “sir” in that condescending corporate language. “Updating my review since something has obviously changed here. They are fully staffed and everyone is friendly as well as much faster. I don't know if it's just finally having the staff they needed, new management, new ownership, or some combination thereof, but it's a huge improvement!“

“I want to leave a very positive review for this Starbucks. Yesterday, I put in a mobile order for two drinks and two food items. For one of the drinks, I originally wanted a grande pink drink. However, I ordered online, and the app said that this location was out of stock of the pink drinks, so I ordered a dragon fruit refresher instead. I didn’t really want the dragon fruit, as it was a gift for a friend and I wasn’t sure if they liked it, but I knew they liked pink drinks. When I went through the drive-thru, I asked the girl if they were really out of stock of the pink drinks - she said they were just out of the berries… I asked if there was any possible way that a pink drink could be made to replace the dragon fruit refresher, if the cost was the same of course for the same size. She said yes, absolutely! The girl so very kind and with so much empathy made the drink that I originally wanted (pink drink) and even said I could keep the dragon fruit as well, as they would have to throw it away. I politely declined… I just don’t have enough cup holders in my car! Anyway, I really wanted to thank that girl in the drive thru (I’m not sure of her name, but the date and time of visit was 02/22/23 around 5pm) for being able to make the drink I needed and being so kind and helpful about the whole situation.
