The customer service was great, they gave me plenty to choose from based on my diet intake, they was concerned about my health and gave me a lot of advice on the different ways I can be versatile with my everyday routine . The owner walked in and was really down to earth he offered samples. . whenever I’m in Ponchatoula or where ever so far, it’s my new favorite spot!!

Came in from New Orleans where all loaded tea places are closed on Sunday …. Found Next level in Ponchatoula where the owner was amazing at explaining the different teas and additives super friendly nice clean place !! Definitely 10/10 will definitely recommend!

Just left there. He is so knowledgeable about the nutrition and dietary facts needed for a healthy lifestyle. Speaking with him showed me his passion in his business!! He definitely educates people and guides them on how to live a healthier lifestyle!!

I stopped in this morning and ordered a sour gummy worms tea and it was perfect! The owner was extremely friendly and took the time to tell me about all the different products they offer. Definitely a 5 star experience from me. I’ll be back to try more next time i’m in town!

This was a great experience! We told him what we wanted and he wasn’t sure if he could make it so he looked it up for us. It was delicious!! I would highly recommend this loaded tea place. Customer service was A1! We also stopped in the gift shop next store and she was the sweetest as well! If you’re over in this part of town you need to stop!
