Very good meal for great price. They have a daily specials with two sides and dissert for a very reasonable priceParking: Parking is across at old train depot and may be hard to access at times, so walking may be needed to visit
Not that I’ve ever had a bad meal when I’m here in Louisiana, but this just may be my new favorite place when I’m here. The batter they use on their shrimp and catfish is delicious, everything I ordered was delicious. Their lunch platters have perfect sized portions for me (enough, but not too much to go get back to work after lunch). I loved it but except the grits was very bland. That's ok, salt and butter to the rescue... The girl was a good waitress, just not very attentive... Love love love the atmosphere. We will be back to try again.
