First order was wrong but pizzas was thin crust when I ordered hand toss. And by the time I got home which I live 15 minutes away from the pizza was so hard that I couldn't even eat it. Then got a cookie cake and it was hard as a brick. Paid $60.00 for food for supper but winded up throwing it away and cooked dinner. I loved pizza hut but I doubt I go back bc I didn't even get a receipt or new pizzas. The only good thing was the bread sticks and chicken wings.

Cost is the same as every other pizza chain u can only use one special deal at a time when ordering!! Pappa Johns wins when it comes to the specials u can use as many as u would like which makes it a better pick when ordering pizza for a lg family!

My pizza was fine, but maybe it was "bring your kid to work day" when i went inside. Just wasnt very professional with little kids behind the counter where food is prepared. Customer service could use some revamping in the training.
Ordered pizza from here and it was supposed to be hand tossed . The pizza seemed to be thin crust , also not fresh and I arrived earlier than the estimated ready time . This is not my first bad experience at this location . Seems like the service is trash at night . Not to mention when I arrived at the store no one greeted me . The driver looked at the CSR as if his shift was over and he could not greet a customer or ask how could he help me .

Ordered a personal pan pizza for dinner with no sauce. I received a pizza with no sauce and no cheese. I checked the receipt and my order was correct when I placed it. I’m sure it was just an honest mistake. They have been great in the past and I intend to give them a few more chances before I stop going there.

I ordered pizza and breadsticks via the Pizza Hut app. I received a text that the store would be having Door Dash deliver my order. I received a notification that my order was delivered to my home, but it never was. I paid and never got my food! The Door Dash driver stole my food!
