I enjoyed a delicious, vegan, lunch at Original Thought. The cauliflower wings are really good, the "chicken" sandwich was delicious. The chefs were incredibly friendly and made my day. Will definitely be back.
This place deserves more publicity and appreciation in NoLa.The food was hands down one of the best vegan food I have had in the US thus far. Very courteous staff, the chef is polite and makes you feel welcomed. Flavorful, balanced spices and ALL VEGAN. Must try if you're in the area. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal! They deserve all the success.
