Has been a long time since I have gone to Ponchatoula Seafood. I had forgotten how much I enjoyed being there. For such a small sized buffet, the selection was extremely varied. We were able to have fried rice and egg rolls with our boiled crabs and shrimp. The pot roast is always tasty. The fried fish, which is what I originally went for, was not greasy at all. And the live music was so enjoyable we would have liked to have stayed longer just to listen. Now that we have re-discovered...

Great polite staff. Loving atmosphere. AMAZING food. Moderate pricing definitely worth every penny though. U gotta go there it's heaven. Not very busy around 7pm on saturdays too.

We decided to support another local business and came across Ponchatoula Seafood and Steak House. Wow what a surprise. The menu was not only diversified, but very reasonably priced AND there was also a salad bar and great buffet. Since I have been craving boiled crabs there was no choice, it was the buffet. The management was still filling the buffet so it insured all food was steaming hot. The only Chinese was fried rice and sesame chicken,. Other items were but not l
