The food is great! The portions are HUGE and the pricing is decent too! It’s a local place and they know what they are doing! The Rougaroo burger is awesome!!
The Cajun Trinity food truck in Walker is an absolute gem hands down some of the best Cajun food I’ve ever had. The boudin egg rolls were phenomenal, perfectly seasoned and packed with flavor, and every other bite I tried was just as delicious. You can really tell they put their heart into the food, and it shows.
