They make you pull to the side for your food and wait 10-15 minutes. It’s never ready when you pull up to the window. Just be warned you may be sitting there for a while waiting for them to come out with it.

This Popeyes and several other ones in the area need to change their hours to reflect how after 9:30pm they are all magically out of all chicken and everything else apparently even though they close at 11pm.Sounds like the employees would rather sit on the clock for the last hour and half getting paid to play on their phones instead of dropping chicken.

Ordered 16 piece family meal. Got 10. Called and spoke to manager and she said come on in and we will give you a 16 piece to make it right. Upon returning to the store I was informed the store was closed and the manager was gone. She did not tell them I was coming back to get my chicken. They all preceded to be irate and expected me to wait for 45 minutes for another manager to get there. Unexceptable.

Don't go here. Gave a coupon code in the drive thru, asked for all dark mild. Lady said it would be 30 minutes for all dark mild. Unless I wanted mild and spicy both. I left the line to check with friends on whether to wait. They said wait for it. Went back through line, guy is now doing drive thru. Said he couldnt do all dark on a coupon deal. Said his lady manager told him they couldn't (same one that asked me if I would wait minutes before). Fine, I'll get the tenders family deal. "Out of tenders." Left with no food. Hour and a 20 minutes before close and they obviously just didn't want to drop more chicken in the grease, if they hadn't already turned the fryers off. Heard back things about that location. Gave them a fair shot, never going back.

Food is great. Service is horrible most of the time. Employees are rude and seemingly hate their jobs. Always make you pull forward in the drive thru even with nobody behind you.They do that to trick the timer system so corporate thinks their service is quicker than it really is.Popeyes isn't know for their friendly service and this one really drives that home.

went in christmas eve to order and they were out of chicken they said but had tenders. I asked to order the tenders family meal package and they said we do not offer one but I pointed to sign and stated it says it right there. She says oh ok. I ordered mild with fries and mash potatoes. I was overcharged and also got mostly spicy which we could not eat due to stomach reasons. I called and they called me a liar. I am so disappointed as bought this for my mom as she has cancer and had us all home for the holidays. Even contacted online with no help. Do not visit there

Literally this Popeyes and the one on airport are the worst ! I came for lunch to order chicken. No one answered the speaker for 5 minutes. Only one other car in line. I said hello. I got a hold on sat there 7 minutes and no one came back on so I left. I was craving Popeyes or I wouldn’t have stopped due to every previous time of orders being messed up
