We pick up an 8 piece dinner once a week the last 3 weeks we did not receive the correct items some times there were no thighs and they would replace them with wings an 8 piece should be 2 wings 2 thighs 2 legs and 2 breast if they don't have the correct pieces they should at least ask what we would like to replace that piece with
The employees were yelling and cursing. Someone ask the ones fighting to STOP OR THEY WERE CALLING THE LAW. IT DIDN'T MATTER, THEY FOUGHT UNTIL ALL CUSTOMERS LEFT, WITH ME AND MY DAUGHTER BEINGS THE LAST TO LEAVE. THEY WERE CALLING EACH OTHER NAMES THAT YOU SHOULD NEVER USE.I'm SURE I WILL NOT EAT THERE AGAIN.THANK YOU

Food is great. Service is horrible most of the time. Employees are rude and seemingly hate their jobs. Always make you pull forward in the drive thru even with nobody behind you.They do that to trick the timer system so corporate thinks their service is quicker than it really is.Popeyes isn't know for their friendly service and this one really drives that home.
