Order a 12 PC signature family with mashed potatoes and gravy and fries missing a leg from the chicken and they gave me red beans and rice instead of mashed potatoes Noone in my household eats red beans so we're unfortunately 1 side down 🙃
This review is because of the GM Tasha. She cares about her store so much that she encourages customer feed back. We all know that with fast food comes incorrect order at times. Tasha went above and beyond to make things right. She saved a customer.
Truthfully, have avoided going to the Popeyes in the Hammond and Ponchatoula area because needless to say, I get home and am either missing items or I don’t get what I ordered. I’m not given a receipt so I can’t complain or contact the location. And, I hate when I have to pull up so that their delivery time is not affected.
