Absolute phenomenal service by Robert, a one man army. I went last night only Robert was in there and my food still came out quick, fresh, and he had the best attitude while doing it. Definitely give Robert a raise!!

Food was ok no real complaints there. But as someone that’s worked customer service for many years. If I started a tv show to find Americas most miserable employees this place would probably be home to it. I’d seriously consider finding someone else to work the window unless piss poor attitude and less than remarkable customer relation is what you’re going for with the general public in the area.

New place with new looking menu in drive thru. was a bit confusing because I usually order the same thing on Carrollton Ave with the old menu. It was great and I am so happy we have a Rally's in Ponchy! I can remember in the 70s it was Sonic only in berrytown! lol

I ordered a double sourdough melt and it was disgusting….The bread was stale, wasn’t toasted. They didn’t put the onions and the condiments on the burger was all over the outside of the burger. I brought it back told the lady “no disrespect but the burger is disgusting “ told her what was wrong with it she proceeded to look at it as if I was lying took the burger close the window and didn’t say sorry or anything! When she came back to the window she handed me the burger and again didn’t say anything and closed the window!. Got back to my car they made the burger exactly like they did the first time! Bread was still stale and sloppy and they only put one sliver of onion on it! I didn’t bother to go back because I had groceries to get home! I will never go back and I will make sure that if someone ask me about this place I will tell them run the other way! This Rally’s is complete trash!

I was not fond of the attitude i got when ordering my food. I wasn't fond of the lack of knowledge of the menu. The attitude lady did, however, apologize for getting my order wrong. But the food itself (specifically the chicken sandwiches) was less than mediocre for the price.
