AI asks you if you want to try a specific dish when you order at the drive thru. Incorporating AI into fast food chains is the smartest idea!!! ? McDonald’s is even doing this now. ????
Jalyn has excellent customer service skills!!!!!! Very nice! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent customer service skills are rare in this time. Please smile ???? her at Rally’s when you show up. ?
Food is always perfect. Don't judge a book by its cover, guys working drive thru look like they listen to NBA Youngboy but they're super nice. I always stop here when in Ponchy and I am never disappointed.

The restaurant staff are appreciated for their kindness and thoroughness; one employee was commended for double-checking orders and showing genuine care, which is rare and highly valued. The drive-thru experience is generally positive, though some reviews mention occasional issues with order accuracy, such as substitutions or missing items, and some dissatisfaction with portion sizes or ice levels in drinks.
